19 January 2008 - Living Hope Methodist Church
Many, many thanks for taking the time off your busy Saturday to share your doggies’ talents with all of us and for just being there to show your support for TDS.

Although the turnout from the Church’s side wasn’t as good as we had hoped for it to be, I am sure that the fabulous attendance from the TDS gang has definitely made an impact on those present and is a little step forward in us sharing with the community about the value of Pat Assisted Therapy and the giant difference our dogs can make in the lives of others. Ps Lorna Khoo of Living Hope Methodist Church  has expressed her sincere appreciation for all the effort that we put in to organize the event e.g. through the demos, volunteering your doggies for the dress-up segment and for being a part of the whole event.

I would like to thank the following volunteers and their dogs who were present for the event:

  1. Charlie and Mabel with with Silky / Golden Retriever & Stallion / GSD
  2. Soo Fen, Elaine and Emily with Polar / Samoyed
  3. Hoon and Donna
  4. Melinda and Shane with Chewy / Catalan Sheepdog
  5. Tricia  with Freo / Silky Terrier
  6. Doris with Bambi / Silky Terrier
  7. Lishan
  8. Sabine with Stella /Australian Shepherd
  9. Eunice with Baileys / Shetland

On a personal note, I really appreciate your time, dedication and commitment to TDS’ work and would like to once again say a huge THANK YOU for everything – for taking the trouble to come all the way down to Tampines, preparing your dogs for the demos, helping us keep a lookout for each others’ dogs, setting up the room, allowing your dogs to be part of the dress-up segment, cleaning up after each others’ dogs etc etc!

Regards,
Pearly
